At Cutlery and More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused cutlery or cookware in its original manufacturer packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
